Agreement

By accessing amzolute.com or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Scope
2. Services
Amzolute provides Amazon marketing services including account management, advertising, listing optimization, A+ content, storefront design, and product launches. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are documented in a separate written agreement.
Responsibilities
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access (Seller Central, advertising accounts, brand assets) to enable us to deliver the agreed services.
Payment
4. Payment Terms
Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are set out in the signed services agreement for each engagement.
Confidentiality
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of fulfilling the agreement.
IP
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all brand assets and content you provide. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for you. Amzolute retains the right to reference completed work in portfolio and case-study materials unless otherwise agreed.
Disclaimer
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply proven methodologies, Amazon marketplace outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control (Amazon policy changes, competitive activity, product quality, pricing decisions). We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or ROAS outcomes.
Liability
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amzolute's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you during the three months preceding the claim.
Jurisdiction
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
